Established in 1996, Donvale Early Learning Centre prides itself as a family-owned centre with a focus on serving the Manningham community.
Husband and wife, Thomas and Lesley, had a vision to build a space where staff wellbeing and children’s care and education would be the top priorities. They believed that by fostering a happy workplace, children would naturally benefit from a nurturing environment.
Inspired by her parents’ dedication to early childhood education, Catherine joined the service in 2018. Her passion for continuous improvement ensures that Donvale Early Learning Centre is a home where teachers and educators, as well as children, are having fun continuously learning and growing.
As a family-owned centre, we're grateful for a team that feels like an extension of our family.
With low staff turnover and more than one third of our team having worked for over 10 years, children can form deeply supportive relationships with the same educators for all of their early years!
