Our Team

Centre Manager

Rosalia Naso is the Centre Manager and the Educational Leader at Donvale Early Learning Centre. Rosalia holds a Bachelor Degree of Early Childhood Studies from University of Melbourne. She has over 20 years’ experience in different early learning centres.

Rosalia is passionate to lead our educators in the development and implementation of high quality educational program in our centre.

Our Educators

All educators employed at Donvale Early Learning Centre are professional trained. Our educators participate in regular professional development, mentoring and first aid training to ensure they remain at the top of their profession. They all meet the following requirements:

  • At least hold Certificate III or above in Early Childhood Education.
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid
  • CPR
  • Emergency Anaphylaxis Management and EpiPen administration
  • Emergency Asthma Management

All room leaders are fully qualified with Diploma or above training. Around 2/3 of our permanent educators are with Diploma or above qualifications. Three permanent educators are with Bachelor or above qualifications in Early Childhood.

Our team consists of educators of all ages. Some of our educators have been working in this centre for 18 years. Together as a team, our educators contribute in providing quality education to your children in a safe environment.
